Terms of Service

Last updated: 10/2026

These terms set out the scope of the VPNZM subscription service, the rules for using an account, acceptable use requirements and how refunds work. A full refund is available within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked.

1. Service scope and coverage

VPNZM provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access and for reaching international websites. Once a subscription is active, you can import the subscription URL into the Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients and connect to nodes across 110+ countries / 250+ routes.

Subscriptions are billed by cycle: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting each month on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packs that are used until they run out and never expire are also available: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

These terms apply to the marketing pages and the user panel at vpnzm.com. The order page in the user panel records the plan, data allowance and validity period of each subscription; where it differs from this document, the order page record prevails.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

Signing up requires only a username and password — no email address. Accounts are for the registered user only, and there is no limit on simultaneous devices, but you may not resell, rent out or lend your account, subscription link or client configuration, or publish the subscription URL in public channels.

A subscription link works like account credentials. If it leaks, reset it in the user panel right away and review your recent connection records.

If data is consumed by others because you shared the link yourself, the service does not provide compensation. If an account shows bulk distribution, abnormal concurrent connections or automated scraping, the service may ask the account holder to explain the usage and may restrict the relevant connections until that explanation is provided.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with the laws of your own location and the rules of the regions where the connected routes terminate, and must not use the service for unlawful activity. The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Intruding into, scanning or interfering with other people's networks and information systems;
  • Distributing unlawful content, committing fraud or infringing on others' property;
  • Infringing intellectual property rights, including bulk downloading and redistributing copyrighted content;
  • Using the service as a channel for any other activity that breaks the law in your location.

The service provides a network transmission channel only and is not responsible for the content you access through it or the purposes you use it for. Whether the websites, apps and content you visit are lawful is for you to judge, and you bear the consequences.

4. Availability and liability

The service eases peak-hour congestion by adding more routes and scheduling redundancy, but does not promise specific connection speeds, latency figures or uptime percentages. For interruptions and slowdowns caused by your local network, device condition, ISP policies, international egress congestion or force majeure, the service will help troubleshoot within reason but is not liable for indirect losses arising from them.

Whether third-party services such as streaming platforms and AI tools can be accessed, and at what resolution they play, depends on their own regional policies and risk controls. The service does not guarantee availability of any particular platform or regional content library, and is not responsible for changes to third-party content.

Back up your local configuration yourself. If an interruption results from deleting a configuration, resetting a device or switching systems, you can restore it by re-importing the subscription.

5. Account termination and changes to these terms

The service may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases: breaching the acceptable use requirements in section 3; reselling or renting the account, or sharing the subscription link publicly; using technical means to interfere with the normal operation of routes or the billing system; opening a subscription with false information or someone else's payment credentials. Before termination, the service will explain the reason through a ticket or an in-panel notice. Accounts terminated for serious violations are not eligible for a refund.

The service may update these terms as the business changes. After an update, the effective month is shown at the top of the page and a notice is posted in the announcements area. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and request a refund under section 6.

6. Refunds and billing

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Submit a ticket in the user panel with your order number — no reason needed. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and how long they take depends on the processing flow of Alipay / WeChat / USDT respectively.

This clause does not apply to accounts that request repeated refunds or that were terminated for breaching section 3. Data packs are used until they run out and never expire; the portion already consumed is not refundable. If you upgrade mid-subscription, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days, and the prorated amount is shown on the order page before payment.

For matters not covered by these terms, the order page in the user panel prevails. If you have questions about billing or refunds, submit a ticket in the user panel.
