01 Service scope

Route subscriptions for cross-border access

Three things need solving: reaching international sites while working or studying across borders; using AI tools reliably on networks in mainland China; and watching streaming content that only launches in a given region. Routes are maintained in regional groups, and the locations page lists each route's type and coverage, so you can review the list before subscribing.

Clients cover Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Signing up needs only a username and password — no email address; payment supports Alipay, WeChat and USDT.

02 Operating principles

Route selection and troubleshooting

Routing follows two fixed rules: at evening peak, traffic is prioritised onto IEPL dedicated lines and relay routes, while direct routes are kept for nearby access and low-latency cases; new routes are registered on the locations page with their type and coverage before they go live.

Route types, use cases and notes
Route type Use cases Notes
IEPL dedicated line Evening peak, cross-border work International dedicated access, prioritised at evening peak Relay Cross-region access, streaming Reaches the target region through a relay node
Direct Nearby access, low latency Direct local egress

If a connection fails or speeds drop, first check the connection status and current route type shown in the client, then work through the Help Center in order: try another route in the same region, switch protocols, check your local network. If the problem persists, open a ticket in the dashboard with your client platform, the route name and the time it occurred.

03 Privacy stance

Privacy stance and data collection

The account stores only a username and password; payments run through Alipay, WeChat and USDT channels, and the service never handles card numbers.

  • Sign-up does not collect an email address.
  • The content you access is not logged; billing and troubleshooting records are kept to a minimum.
  • All traffic is protected with bank-grade encryption.

A subscription link works as a credential — do not share it publicly after importing it into a client; to move to a new device, simply reset the subscription in the dashboard.
